摘要 2-氨基-5-硝基苯酚重氮化后,在酸性条件下同2-萘胺-6-磺酰甲胺和2-萘胺-6-磺酸偶合得到偶合物,偶合物与硫酸钻反应得到1:2对称金属络合染料。介绍了该染料的化学结构及合成方法,并对重氮偶合反应和络合反应条件进行了讨论。通过调整组分的配比,确定了染料合成的最佳配比和关键细节的控制,提高产品收率,后处理加工成高品质成品。 A conjugate is obtained through the coupling of the diazotized 2-amino-5-nitrophenol,2-naphthylamine-6-sulfbnylmethylamine and 2-naphthylamine-6-sulfbnic acid under the acidic condition.The conjugate can be reacted with the cobaltous sulfate to synthesize the 1:2 symmetrical metal complex dye.The chemical structure and synthetic method of the above-mentioned dye were introduced,as well as the reaction conditions of the diazo-coupling and complexation reaction were discussed.The optimum ratio and the key control points of the dye synthesis were confirmed by adjusting the ratio of the components.Thus,the product yield was improved and the product with high quality was gained through the after-treatment process.
