超长跨度刚构连续梁拱桥铺设无砟轨道线形及施工步序研究 被引量:4

摘要 国内已运营的高速铁路铺设无砟轨道桥梁的最大跨度为185 m,超长跨度连续梁桥上铺设无砟轨道的设计尚不成熟,缺乏实践经验。本文以西安—延安高速铁路王家河主跨(124+248+124)m特大连续刚构桥为工程背景,应用ANSYS软件建立超长跨度刚构连续梁拱桥有限元静力模型进行成桥线形计算。结果表明,跨中设置0.23 m预拱度时桥上无砟轨道线形较为平顺。考虑到施工中可能出现的施工步序,结合选取的预拱度,经计算分析发现不同无砟轨道施工步序对轨面下沉量的影响较小。 The largest span of ballastless track bridge laid on high speed railway in China is 185 m.The design of ballastless track laid on super long span continuous girder bridge is not mature and lacks practical experience.Taking Wangjiahe super long continuous rigid frame bridge with the main span of(124+248+124)m from Xi’an to Yan’an high speed railway as the engineering background,the finite element static model of super long span rigid frame continuous girder arch bridge with ANSYS software was established to calculate the alignment of the bridge.The results show that the ballastless track on the bridge is relatively smooth when 0.23 m camber is set in the mid-span.Considering the possible construction sequence in the construction,combined with the selected camber,it is found that the different laying sequence of ballastless track has little influence on the settlement of track surface.
