摘要
为了探索一种可应用于城市轨道交通运营列车组的轨道检测方法,基于ARM微处理器和现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)设计搭载式轨道检测系统。分析了搭载式轨道检测系统的总体架构和数据处理印刷电路板的设计过程,并对系统的核心部件嵌入式微处理板卡进行了重点探讨,该板卡可实现小型化、低功率、多样化数据集成。对该系统进行了动态试验验证,试验结果说明该系统在准确性、重复性、一致性等方面都满足标准要求。搭载式轨道检测系统可安装于城市轨道交通运营列车上进行实时检测,大大提高了轨道检测的效率和实时性,可有效指导线路养护维修工作,且该系统不必占用专门检测车资源,具有良好的经济效益。
In order to explore a method for track detection applied to the operating train group in unban rail transit,the on-board track detection system was designed based on ARM microprocessor and field programmable gate array(FPGA).The overall architecture of track detection system and the design process of printed circuit board for data processing were analyzed.The embedded microcontroller was mainly discussed,which is a core component of the system.This microcontroller can realize miniaturization,low power and diverse data integration,and meet the standard requirements in terms of accuracy,repeatability and consistency.The on-board track detection system can be applied to operating train group in unban rail transit for real-time detection,which greatly improves the efficiency and timeliness of track detection and can effectively guide the maintenance work.Moreover,the system does not need to occupy the special inspection train,and has good economic benefits.
