摘要
基于高速铁路沿线风监测系统历史数据,在保证列车运行安全的前提下以增加列车运行效率和减少大风报警处置工作量为研究目标。考虑线路的繁忙程度和大风影响程度,建立高速铁路灾害监测系统风报警解除时限优化模型。选取3条典型线路进行实例分析,从线路、线路所属铁路局、季节方面对大风报警解除时限进行优化分析,得到最优报警解除时限值。研究结果可为高速铁路灾害监测系统风报警解除时限的运用优化提供参考。
Based on the historical data of the wind monitoring system along the high speed railway,under the condition of guaranteeing the train operation safety,increasing the efficiency of trains and reducing the workload of the gale alarm disposal work were the research targets.Taking into account the line busy degree and the wind influence degree,the optimization model of the wind alarm release time in disaster monitoring system for high speed railway was established.Then,three typical lines were selected for examples to analysis,and the optimal wind alarm release times were obtained from the aspects of lines,bureaus and seasons.This study provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of wind alarm release time in disaster monitoring system for high speed railway.
