水力潜油泵在海上油田的应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目前,海上油田开采大多采用电潜泵,在高含气、高井温、稠油、产液变化大等工况下,其应用有一定的限制。水力潜油泵是通过地面对动力液增压,注入泵向井下注入动力液,带动涡轮旋转,继而带动井下离心泵旋转。泵吸入井下液体,通过油管举升到井上。该泵具有可靠性高、适应多种井型、产液量调节范围大、气体处理能力强及安装简单等显著特点。水力潜油泵在海上边际油田、深水大排量油田、稠油冷采油田及稠油热采油田开采中有较大应用空间。随着水力潜油泵技术的进一步发展和国产化进程的加快,该泵在海上油田将具有广阔的应用前景。 Currently most of the offshore oilfield exploitation uses electric submersible pumps.Under the conditions of high gas content,high well temperature,heavy oil,and large changes in production fluid,its application has certain limitations.The hydraulic submersible pump is supercharged by ground power fluids,the injection pump injects power liquid into the well to drive the turbine to rotate,which in turn drives the downhole centrifugal pump to rotate.The pump sucks the downhole liquid and lifts it to the well through the oil pipe.Hydraulic submersible pump has the advantages of high reliability,adapting to various well types,large adjustment ranges of liquid production,strong gas processing capability and simple installation.The hydraulic submersible pump has a large application space in the offshore marginal oilfield,deepwater large displacement oilfield,heavy oil oilfield.With the further development of hydraulic submersible pump technology and the acceleration of localization process,hydraulic submersible pump will have broad application prospects in offshore oilfield.
