多层螺旋CT联合超声检查对结肠癌的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT Combined with Ultrasonography in Colon Cancer

目的旨在探讨多层螺旋C T联合超声检查对结肠癌的诊断价值。方法选取我院2017年5月-2018年5月收治的结肠癌患者62例,患者均进行了多层螺旋CT及超声检查,收集46例患者临床资料及影像学资料,以手术病理结果为金标准,计算不同检查方式对结肠癌T分期的诊断准确率。结果超声检查对结肠癌T1-2、T3、T4分期的诊断正确率分别为75.00%(12/16)、70.58%(24/34)、66.66%(8/12);CT检查对结肠癌T1-2、T3、T4分期的诊断正确率分别为93.75%(15/16)、88.23%(30/34)、83.33%(10/12),CT检查对结肠癌T分期的总诊断正确率明显高于超声检查(88.70%vs 70.96%)(χ^2=6.062,P<0.05);CT联合超声检查对结肠癌T1-2、T3、T4分期的诊断正确率分别为100%(16/16)、97.05%(33/34)、100%(12/12),显著高于超声检查(P<0.05);CT联合超声检查对结肠癌T分期总诊断正确率为98.38%(61/62),明显高于单一CT及超声检查(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT联合超声检查可有效提高对结肠癌T分期的诊断准确率。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT combined with ultrasonography in colon cancer.Methods 62 patients with colon cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were examined by multi-slice spiral CT and ultrasonography.The clinical data and imaging data of 46 patients were collected.The diagnostic accuracy of T staging of colon cancer was calculated according to the results of operation and pathology.Results The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography in T1-2,T3 and T4 stages of colon cancer was 75.00%(12/16),70.58%(24/34)and 66.66%(8/12),respectively.The diagnostic accuracy of CT in T1-2,T3 and T4 staging of colon cancer was 93.75%(15/16),88.23%(30/34)and 83.33%(10/12),respectively.The total diagnostic accuracy of CT in T staging of colon cancer was significantly higher than that of ultrasound(88.70%vs 70.96%)(χ^2=6.062,P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of CT combined with ultrasound in T1-2,T3 and T4 staging of colon cancer was 100%(16/16),97.05%(33/34)and 100%(12/12),respectively,which was significantly higher than that of ultrasound(P<0.05),the total diagnostic accuracy of CT combined with ultrasound in T staging of colon cancer was 98.38%(61/62),significantly higher than that of single CT and ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion multi-slice spiral CT combined with ultrasonography can effectively improve the accuracy of T staging of colon cancer.
