Study on the Demonstration of Clean Heating for the Whole Village Advancement in the Rural Area

本文调研总结了北方平原地区农村清洁取暖现状,分析清洁取暖整村推进在政府、企业、用户层面上面临的困难,提出了以政策保障为条件、农户接受为基础、模式创新为关键的新模式。结合美丽乡村、乡村振兴等工作,基于农户取暖需求和期望,坚持热源端和用户侧双向发力,以示范带动实施,为北方地区农村清洁取暖可持续实施路径选择提供参考。

This paper summarizes the current situation of rural clean heating in the northern plain area,analyzes the difficulties faced by the clean heating at the level of government,enterprises and users,and puts forward the new mode based on policy guarantee,farmers'acceptance and model innovation.Combined with the work of beautiful countryside and rural revitalization,based on the heating needs and expectations of farmers,it adheres to the two-way efforts of the heat source and the user side promote the implementation by demonstration,so as to provide a reference for the sustainable implementation of rural clean heating in the northern region.
