Exploration of Whole-process Service Mode of Clean Heating Pilot City Construction Based on Service Design Thinking

针对西安市清洁取暖试点城市建设全过程技术服务,结合服务设计思维,从客户、技术和效益三大关键要素出发,建立清洁取暖试点城市建设全过程的新型服务模式。提出以客户为导向的适合试点城市特点的三位一体的技术服务模式,为北方清洁取暖试点城市建设全过程服务工作提供新的构想思路。

In view of the whole process of consulting service of clean heating pilot city construction in Xi'an,combined with service design thinking,a new kind of service mode on clean heating pilot city construction is established from the three key elements of customers,technology and efficiency.This paper puts forward a trinity service mode which is customer-oriented and suitable for the local conditions of the pilot city,and it could provide a new idea for the whole process service of the clean heating construction in the northern pilot cities.
