焦作市作为第二批清洁取暖试点城市之一,按照“先立后破,不立不破”的原则,从“热源侧”清洁能源替代和“用户侧”建筑能效提升两端发力,大力开展六大重点工程,以“六个一”思路为基准,突出做好“六个到位”,构建了节约、高效、协调、适用的清洁取暖体系。

As one of the second batch of pilot cities for Clean Heating,Jiaozuo City,in accordance with the principle of""First Stand,Then Break,Not Stand,Not Break",has vigorously carried out six major projects from the"heat source side"clean energy substitution and"user side"building energy efficiency improvement at both ends,with the"Six Ones"as the benchmark,highlighting the"Six in Place",and built a clean heating system that is economical,efficient,coordinated and applicable.
