Study on the Planning and Design Strategy of Green Building in Taiyuan Starting Area of Xiaohe Industrial Park

为了深入贯彻落实“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的发展理念,潇河产业园太原起步区作为山西省实施创新驱动转型升级战略的重要抓手,开展了绿色建筑规划设计、材料资源利用、绿色施工管理、绿色运营管理等专项研究工作。其中规划设计阶段的绿色控制是源头和基础,是对建筑全生命周期进行科学管理的指引,对全过程把控绿色建筑实施具有重要作用。

In order to thoroughly implement the development concept of"Innovation,Coordination,Green,Opening and Sharing",Taiyuan starting area of Xiaohe Industrial Park,as an important starting point for the implementation of innovation driven transformation and upgrading strategy in Shanxi Province,has carried out special research work such as Green Building planning and design,material resource utilization,green construction management and green operation management.Among them,the green control in the planning and design stage is the source and foundation,the guidance for the scientific management of the whole life cycle of the building,and plays an important role in the implementation of the whole process of controlling the Green Building.
