七种微生物菌剂对连作辣椒生长发育、产量和品质及土壤微生物特性的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Different Seven Microbial Agents on Growth,Yield,Quality and Soil Microbial Characteristics of Continuous Cropping Pepper

摘要 通过田间对照试验的方法,研究不同微生物菌剂对连作辣椒的生长发育、产量和品质及土壤微生物在定植后不同时期的数量变化的影响。结果表明,T 1、T 2和T 3处理对辣椒丰产性能的影响最明显;T3和T 5处理后的连作辣椒单株产量最好,比对照分别提高55.76%和57.30%,不但能增加单株的果实数量,而且有利于果实的增重;与ck相比,T3、T5处理对连作辣椒的病虫害防治效果最好,病害发生率较对照分别降低56.93%和60.56%,虫害的发生率分别下降55.56%和58.54%。进一步测定比较连作辣椒的4个品质指标,T3、T4能提高连作辣椒的辣椒素类物质含量,与对照相比提高13.05%和9.79%;T3、T5处理后辣椒的蛋白质质量分数比对照分别提高39.39%、38.44%,Vc含量比对照分别提高20.66%、19.05%,干物质质量分数比对照分别提高22.74%、18.79%;与对照相比,7种微生物菌剂处理对连作辣椒的根系微生物数量影响较大,均能减少土壤真菌的数量,增加土壤放线菌和细菌的数量。综合评价各种指标测定的分析结果,T3、T5处理对连作辣椒产量和品质及土壤微生态平衡的效果最为显著,其对应的微生物菌剂具有良好的推广价值。 The effects of different microbial agentSon the growth development,yield,quality of continuouScropping pepper and the quantity change of soil microorganismSin different periodSafter transplanting were studied by field control experiment.Result showed that T 1,T 2 and T 3 treatmentShad the most significant effect on pepper high-yield characters;The yield per plant of continuouScropping pepper with T 3 and T 5 treatmentSwaSthe best,which waS55.76%and 57.30%higher than the control,respectively.Compared with ck,T 3 and T 5 treatmentShad the best control effect on diseaseSand insect pests,with the incidence of diseaseSreduced by 56.93%and 60.56%,respectively,and the incidence of pestSreduced by 55.56%and 58.54%,respectively.Further determination and comparison of the four quality indicatorSof continuouScropping pepper showed that T 3 and T 4 could improve the content of capsaicinoids,which waS13.05%and 9.79%higher than the control,respectively.After T 3 and T 5 treatment,the protein masSfraction of pepper waS39.39%and 38.44%higher than that of control,the Vc content waS20.66%and 19.05%higher than that of control,and the dry matter masSfraction waS22.74%and 18.79%higher than that of control,respectively.Compared with the control,the treatmentSwith seven microbial agentShad a greater impact on the number of microorganismSin the root system of continuouScropping pepper,which could reduce the number of soil fungi,and increase the number of soil actinomyceteSand bacteria.Comprehensive evaluation of the analysiSresultSof the determination of variouSindicatorSshowed that T 3 and T 5 treatment had the most significant effect on the yield and quality of continuouScropping pepper and the soil microecological balance,so the corresponding microbial agentShad good promotion value.
