为保证预制箱梁冬期施工质量,对传统的箱梁养护工艺缺点进行了分析,采用了电蒸汽发生器代替燃煤锅炉、电暖气等传统设备,可移动养护棚代替苫布覆盖,具有安全环保、兼顾温湿度、方便快捷等优点,同时做好养护升降温阶段的温差控制,有效降低了梁体裂缝的产生。

In order to ensure the construction quality of prefabricated box girder in winter,the disadvantages of traditional box girder maintenance technology are analyzed. Electric steam generator is used to replace the traditional equipment such as coal-fired boiler and electric heater etc.,and the movable maintenance shed is used to replace tarpaulin cover,which has the advantages of safety,environmental protection,temperature and humidity,convenience and rapidness. At the same time,the temperature difference control during the temperature rise and fall stage of maintenance is well done,thus the generation of cracks in the girder body is reduced effectively.
