肌电图在腰骶神经根压迫性病变的诊断中的应用价值分析

The Value of Electromyography in the Diagnosis of Lumbosacral Radiculophathy

目的:探讨肌电图在腰骶神经根压迫性病变的诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取临床诊断为腰椎间盘突出症合并腰骶神经根压迫患者58例,进行神经传导速度测定、F波及针肌电图检查,并与腰椎CT/MRI检查结果做对比,了解其符合率。结果:58例患者中神经、肌电图异常53例,阳性率91.4%,与腰椎MRI、CT结果一致的有42例,符合率为72.4%。结论:肌电图在腰骶神经根压迫性病变的诊断中具有较高的定位诊断价值,与影像学检查符合率高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore value of electromyography(EMG)in the diagnosis of lumbosacral radiculophathy.Methods:A total of 58 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion complicated with lumbosacral nerve root compression were selected.They were received detections of peripheral nerve conduction,F wave and electromyography examination.The electromyography findings were compared with the findings of CT/MRI.Then found out the coincidence rate.Results:In 58 cases,53 were with abnormal nerve conduction or electromyography,the abnormal rate was 91.4%.42 cases of EMG examination results were consistent with lumbar MRI and CT results,and the coincidence rate was 72.4%.Conclusion:Electromyography played an important role in the diagnosis of lumbosacral radiculophathy.lt has a high coincidence rate with imaging examination.
