空间贫困、乡村振兴与农旅产业融合发展规划探讨——以云南滇西普洱茶产区为例

Research of Spatial Poverty, Rural Revitalization and the Planning of Integration of Agricultural and Tourism Industry: Taking the Pu’er Tea Production Area in Western Yunnan as an Example

空间贫困是贫困分布的重要特征,也是理解农村贫困的新视角。本文从新经济地理学和演化经济地理学的视角,分析空间贫困产生的路径依赖,并以云南滇西普洱茶产区为例,提出技术关联与需求关联两个维度的产业融合。针对滇西的空间贫困问题,基于农旅融合发展的规划思想,提出了树立大区理念、开辟“新茶马古道”、推动“盛会云南”等建议,从而突破路径依赖,加强地区产品的多样化和地区经济的韧性,逐步实现脱贫致富与乡村振兴。

Spatial poverty is an important feature of poverty distribution and a new perspective for understanding rural poverty.This paper analyzes the path dependence of spatial poverty from the perspective of New Economic Geography and Evolutionary Economic Geography.Taking the Pu'er tea production area in Yunnan Province as an example,this paper proposes two dimensions of industry convergence:technological relatedness and demand relatedness.To solve the spatial poverty problem in Yunnan,based on the planning idea of integration of agriculture and tourism,it puts forward the idea of establishing a large area,opening up the“New Tea Horse Road”,promoting the“Event Yunnan”and other proposals,which help to break through the path dependence,strengthen the diversification of regional products and regional economic resilience,and gradually realize poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
