摘要
无规矩不成方圆,幼儿园常规能够有效地规范幼儿的行为,维护正常的教育教学活动秩序。但过犹不及,建立在束缚、威胁、控制、惩罚等基础上的常规就变成了“规训”,不利于幼儿主体性与创造性的发展。针对幼儿园常规中存在的规训化现象,幼儿教师需要贯彻对话精神,建构对话式的幼儿园常规,消除常规中的规训性质,使常规从支配控制向民主平等转变。
No rules no standards,but too far.Kindergarten routine can effectively regulate children’s behavior and maintain normal order of teaching activities.However,the routine based on restraint,threat,control and punishment has become“discipline”,which is not conducive to the development of children’s subjectivity and creativity.In view of the disciplined phenomenon existing in kindergarten routine,teachers need to implement the spirit of dialogue,construct a dialogue-style kindergarten routine,eliminate the nature of discipline in the routine,and transform the routine from dominant control to democratic equality.
