摘要
此研究在明晰人才培养模式涵义的基础上,归纳总结了协同育人、科教结合育人、实践育人和创新创业育人四个主要的人才培养模式,并分析了各类人才培养模式存在的主要问题,提出了深化高校对新型教育理念的认识、推进学科专业一体化建设、完善课程体系建设、深化课堂教学改革、完善学生学业成果评价体系和完善内外部激励制度的政策建议,以期为高校的人才培养模式改革提供有益的借鉴和参考。
On the basis of clarifying the connotation of talent-training mode,this study summarizes four main talent-training modes:collaborative training mode,research-teaching combination training mode,practice-oriented training mode and innovation-and-entrepreneurship-oriented training mode.It also analyses the main problems existing in every talent-training mode,and puts forward some suggestions in order to provide reference for the reform of talent-training mode in colleges and universities,including deepening the understanding of new educational thoughts,promoting the integrated development of disciplines and specialties,improving the reform of curriculum system,deepening the reform of teaching,improving the evaluation system of students’achievements and improving the internal and external management system.
