摘要
分析了电连接器可靠性定量指标的重要意义、研究现状与不足,结合电连接器功能特点和实际使用状态,汇总了电连接器常用可靠性定量指标参数集,并提出了针对特定使用状态下的指标确定方法。以某型号电源连接器为例,通过对其加速退化试验方案设置、数据处理及定量指标建模进行说明,对相关领域元器件可靠性定量评估工作提供一些思路。
This paper analyzes the significance,research status and shortage of reliability quantitative index of electrical connectors.Based on the functional characteristics of electrical connector and the actual use state,this paper summarizes the parameter set of the common reliability quantitative index of electrical connector,and puts forward a method to determine the index according to the specific use state.Taking a certain type of power connector as an example,this paper explains its accelerated degradation test scheme setting,data processing and quantitative index modeling,and provides some ideas for quantitative of component reliability in related fields.
