摘要
在介绍线簧孔基本结构原理的基础上,通过线簧孔拔力理论计算的分析及实例验证,着重从线簧丝和内套设计、检验等方面分析了影响线簧孔机械寿命的各种因素,进而提高接触件可靠性设计。
Introducing the basic structure principle of wire spring socket by the analysis of the theoretical calculation of the separation force of the wire spring socket and the verification of the example this paper mainly analyzes the various factors affecting the mechanical life of the wire spring socket from the design and inspection of the wire spring and the inner sleeve so as to improve the reliability design of the contact parts.
