一种可靠的SMA型射频连接器的研制与应用

摘要 在分析SMA型连接器的结构和使用方式的基础上,研究了连接器在插合过程中特殊尾部接触后对其主要电性能指标的影响;利用Pro/E对转接器进行三维建模,建立了同轴连接器的实体模型;使用电磁仿真软件,根据建立的不同的实体模型,得出分析工作状态下的连接器的电性能指标。研究结果表明,理论计算及仿真结果与试验结果相符。 Based on the analysis of the structure and usage of SMA connector,the influence of special tail contact on the main electrical performance indexes of connectors during plug–in process was studied;Pro/E was used to model the adapter in three dimensions and the soild model of the coaxial connector was established.Use electromagnetic simulation software,according to the different built entity model,the electrical performance index of the connector under the working state is obtained.The result of research shows that the theoretical calculation and simulation results agree with the experimental results.
