同伴教育对伴有情绪障碍的老年2型糖尿病病人血糖、心理压力、情绪变化及生活质量的影响研究 被引量:30

摘要 目的探讨同伴教育对伴有情绪障碍的老年T2DM病人血糖、心理压力、情绪变化及生活质量的影响。方法将168例伴有情绪障碍的老年2型糖尿病病人作为研究对象,将其随机分为常规教育组和同伴教育组,每组各84例病人,其中常规教育组采用常规的健康教育,同伴教育组在常规教育的基础上加用同伴教育,比较2组病人干预前后的血糖、心理压力、情绪变化及生活质量变化。结果干预后,同伴教育组血糖水平显著低于干预前(P<0.05),且显著低于常规教育组(P<0.05);干预后,同伴教育组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、生活质量总分评分均显著低于干预前(P<0.05),且显著低于常规教育组(P<0.05)。结论对伴有情绪障碍的老年T2DM病人采用同伴教育的健康教育方式,可以显著改善病人的血糖控制水平,减轻心理情绪压力以及波动,提高生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of peer education on blood glucose,psychological stress,emotional changes and quality of life in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2DM)with emotional disorders. Methods A total of 168 elderly patients with T2DM with emotional disorders were randomly divided into routine education group and peer education group,with 84 patients in each group. Routine health education was used in routine education group. On the basis of routine education,peer education was used in peer education group. The levels of fasting blood glucose( FBG),psychological pressure,emotion and quality of life in the two groups before and after intervention were analyzed and compared. Results After the education intervention,the blood glucose level of FBG in peer education group was significantly lower than that before education intervention( P< 0. 05),and significantly lower than that of routine education group after intervention( P<0. 05). After the education intervention,the total score of SAS,SDS,quality of life in peer education group were significantly lower than those before intervetion( P<0. 05),and significantly lower than those after education intervention in routine education group( P< 0. 05). Conclusions In the elderly patients with T2DM with emotional disorders,the health education combined with peer education can significantly reduce the level of FBG,psychological pressure and fluctuation,and improve the quality of life.
