摘要
为了全面评估棕榈纤维的潜在应用,通过数码相机和扫描电镜观察纤维各部位的纤维形态与表面形貌,并通过光学显微镜对棕榈纤维不同部位进行直径测试.研究发现:棕榈树的叶鞘即棕片是由棕榈纤维通过独特的织态结构构成,是一种天然的双轴向织物.从织态上看棕片主要由左斜和右斜纤维构成,并由固结纤维将两类纤维结合在一起,形成结构稳定的天然片状纤维堆砌结构.单根棕榈纤维的形态结构为树形,呈现多级分叉.分叉纤维是从主体纤维发育生长而成,细度较细,呈弯曲状离开主体纤维,是形成固结纤维的主体.单根棕榈纤维呈圆柱状,表面粗糙,有大量的鳞片状突起覆盖.棕榈纤维是一种粗径不均匀的粗径纤维,不同部位直径分布范围差异较大.
To comprehensively assess the potential applications of palm fiber,the fiber morphology and surface topography of each part of the fiber were observed by digital camera and scanning electron microscope,and the diameters of different parts of palm fiber was tested by optical microscope.The study found that the sheath of palm tree is a kind of natural biaxial fabric,which is compose of palm fiber through a unique texture structure.Regarding the texture,palm sheet is mainly composed of left and right oblique fibers,which are combined by consolidated fibers to form a stable natural sheet fiber packing structure.The morphological structure of a single palm fiber is in tree form,having multi-level bifurcations.The bifurcated fiber is developed from the main fiber,fine,bent away from the main fiber,and is a main body that forms consolidated fiber.A single palm fiber has a cylindrical shape with a rough surface covered by a large number of scaly protrusions.Palm fiber is a large-diameter fiber with uneven diameter,and its diameter distribution range in different parts varies greatly.
