摘要
探讨纳米铜离子涤纶纤维与粘胶纤维混纺纱线的纺纱工艺。分析了纳米铜离子涤纶纤维的抗菌机理及抗菌纱线所织面料相比于抗菌后整理面料的抗菌性能优势。针对铜离子涤纶纤维与粘胶纤维的性能特点,设计纱线的纺纱工艺流程,合理配置各工序工艺参数,纺制了18.5 tex粘胶纤维/纳米铜离子涤纶纤维(60/40)混纺的抗菌纱线,并对其织物进行了抗菌性能的测试分析,结果表明:开发的混纺纱有较优异的抗菌性能。
The spinning process of nano copper ion polyester fiber and viscose fiber blended yarn was discussed.The antibacterial mechanism of nano copper ion polyester fiber and the antibacterial performance advantage of antibacterial yarn woven fabric compared with antibacterial finishing fabric were analyzed.According to the performance characteristics of copper ion polyester fiber and viscose fiber,the spinning process of yarn was designed,the process parameters of each process were reasonably arranged,and the antibacterial yarn of viscose fiber and nano copper ion polyester fiber 60/4018.5 tex blended was spun.The test and analysis of the antibacterial properties of the fabric showed that the developed blended yarn had superior antibacterial properties.
