摘要
本研究分别以山东日照、陕西乾县、甘肃天水、云南昭通、新疆伊犁产区的5年生烟富3号苹果果实为试材,对其外观品质、酚类物质含量、糖酸含量等指标进行测定分析。结果表明,各产区苹果果形指数没有明显差异;新疆伊犁产区的苹果平均单果重小,酚类物质含量高;云南昭通产区的苹果酚类物质含量仅次于新疆;山东日照苹果平均单果重大,酚类物质含量较少;陕西乾县和甘肃天水苹果平均单果重适中,酚类物质含量适中;不同产区苹果口感甜酸适中。该研究结果可为进一步发掘和提高不同产区苹果的优势品质提供理论依据。
In the study,the fruits of five-year-old Yanfu 3 apple trees from Rizhao of Shandong Province,Qianxian of Shaanxi Province,Tianshui of Gansu Province,Zhaotong of Yunnan Province and Yili of Xinjiang were used to determine and analyze their appearance qualities and phenolic substances,sugar and acid contents. The results showed that the fruit shape index didn’t have obvious difference between different producing areas. The apple fruits from Yili had the less average single fruit weight and higher phenolic content. The phenolic content of apple fruit picked from Zhaotong was next to Yili. The average single fruit weight of apple picked from Rizhao was the largest,and the phenolic content was less. The apple fruit picked from Qianxian and Tianshui had moderate fruit weight and phenolic content. The taste of apples in different regions was moderate. The study provided the theoretical references for further exploring and improving the superior quality of apples in different producing areas.
