特厚煤层巷道超高段接顶工艺实践

摘要 211301胶运顺槽与211302材料顺槽1#联络巷沿煤层顶板施工,导致211302材料顺槽133~177m范围巷道超高,平均底煤厚度2.78m。为保证工作面回采至该段范围最大限度回收资源,杜绝浪费,需对该段进行先卧底后接顶处理。通过创新使用车载式安全平台,采用联合支护方式顺利完成了施工,对于特厚煤层超高段接顶施工积累了宝贵的经验。 The construction of the 211301 belt roadway and the 211302 track tunnel along the roof of coal seam made the height of the roadway beyond the limit in the range of 133~177m of the 211302 track tunnel,with an average ground coal thickness of 2.78m.In order to ensure the maximum recovery of resources from the working face to this section and to eliminate waste,it was necessary to carry out floor dinting first and then roof tightening.Through the innovative use of the vehicle-mounted safety platform,the construction was successfully completed by means of combined support,and valuable experience was accumulated for the super-high section of the extra-thick coal seam.
