摘要
为保证安全通过1204工作面回采范围老巷,在距离采煤机20m前采用顶板搭木垛、底板铺设木梁的施工方法,实现了工作面顺利过老巷;采用降低采高和推采速度,打木锚杆,超前探放老巷瓦斯、积水,降低推采速度等措施避免木垛垮落。采用该方法比重开切眼节约成本738万元,为下分层开采创造有利条件。
In order to safely pass through the old roadway of the 1204 working face,the construction method of building wooden stacks on the roof and laying wooden beams on the floor at a distance of 20m before the shearer is adopted to finally realize the smooth passage of the working face through the old roadway.Measures such as reducing mining height and mining speed,driving wooden bolts,detecting and releasing gas and water with pilot hole in the old roadway and so on are adopted to avoid the collapse of wooden stacks.This method saves 7.38 million yuan in cost compared with the open-off cut method,and creates favorable conditions for the lower layer mining.
