摘要
本文以西山煤电公司马兰矿南一转运巷为研究背景,研究了一种新型的液压联合式胶带纠偏装置,用于胶带调偏,不受带式输送机安装方式、机架结构等条件影响。应用实践表明,该装置胶带纠偏效果明显,有效地杜绝了胶带在输送机储带仓中的跑偏、磨损等现象,有效解决了输送带跑偏问题。
Based on the research background of the South transfer lane of Malan Mine,Xishan Coal and Electricity Co.,Ltd.,this paper studies a new type of hydraulic combined belt rectifying device,which is used for belt deviation adjustment and is not affected by the installation mode and frame structure of belt conveyor.The application practice shows that the belt deviation correction effect of the device is obvious,which effectively eliminates the deviation and wear of the belt in the belt storage bin of the conveyor,and effectively solves the deviation problem of the conveyor belt.
