摘要
针对常村煤矿8103工作面矿用无极绳绞车变频控制系统的改造研究,对无极绳绞车变频控制系统组成及原理、功能、改造过程、关键技术及创新点进行了分析阐述。系统改造后具有控制、保护、显示、语音提示、应急运行等功能,能可靠地对无极绳绞车实现启停、调速控制。
According to the research on the transformation of frequency conversion control system of endless rope winch in 8103 working face of Changcun Coal Mine,the composition,principle,function,transformation process,key technology and innovation of frequency conversion control system of endless rope winch are analyzed.After the system reform,it has the functions of control,protection,display,voice prompt,emergency operation,etc.it can reliably realize the start and stop,speed control of the endless rope winch.
