摘要
为解决采煤机回采过程中的电缆磨损问题,以潞宁煤矿22113综采工作面采煤机为研究对象,采用理论分析和理论计算等研究方法,分析了采煤机电缆工作过程的运动状态,设计了采煤机拖缆装置。现场工业试验结果表明,采煤机采用拖缆装置后,调机时间缩短了55.6%,工作面平均月进尺提高16.6%,生产效率明显提高,具有较高的适用性。
In order to solve the problem of cable abrasion in the mining process of shearer,taking 22113 fully mechanized coal face of Luning Coal Mine as the research object,using theoretical analysis and theoretical calculation and other research methods,the movement state of shearer cable in the working process is analyzed,and the hauling cable device of shearer is designed.The results of field industrial test show that the time of adjusting the shearer is reduced by 55.6%,the average monthly footage of working face is increased by 16.6%,the production efficiency is obviously improved,and it has high applicability.
