摘要
军队体系化作战能力不断提升过程中,不同军兵种、不同层级系统提出了互联、互通、互操作的联合作战需求。为解决上述问题,提出一种基于元数据的定制电子对抗情报共享技术,设计了基于元数据的异构情报数据整合机制、通道闲时数据索引同步机制和基于索取服务的定制数据推送机制,用以解决当前部队所需要的跨系统、跨域的互联互通问题,支持军队体系化作战的能力建设。
In the process of continuous improvement of military systematic operation capability, the requirement of joint operations with interconnection and intercommunication and interoperability are put forward in different sorts of arms and different hierarchical systems. For this, a customized electronic countermeasure intelligence sharing technology based on metadata is propsed, which includes a heterogeneous intelligence integration mechanism, a synchronous mechanism of data index in idle channel and a cuntomized data push mechanism based on request service. The proposed scheme is designed to solve the connectivity problems whithin cross-region muilti-systems, thus to support the capability building for systenmatic military operations.
