摘要 在临床诊疗过程中血压作为能够科学有效反映患者自身身体体征变化、血液流速、机体新陈代谢以及自身机体内组织器官功能健康状态的重要参考数据,不仅运用于患者疾病监测诊断以及围手术期观察,还能够在术后用于监测患者疾病是否有复发可能性,并适用于内科血压控制不稳定以及白大衣高血压的人群,从而有效保障患者的生存质量。采用动脉插管术式在临床中虽然能够起到连续监测血压的作用,但其对患者造成创伤大且较易产生感染导致相应并发症。而无创术式监测为临床有效监测患者血压带来了新的契机。 In the course of clinical diagnosis and treatment,blood pressure is an important reference data that can scientifically and effectively reflect changes in the bodyʼs physical signs,blood flow rate,body metabolism and the health status of tissues and organs in the body.It is not only used for patient disease monitoring and diagnosis and perioperative period.Observed,it can also be used to monitor the patientʼs disease for recurrence after surgery,and it is suitable for people with unstable blood pressure control and white coat hypertension,thus effectively ensuring the quality of life of patients.Although the use of arterial intubation can continuously monitor blood pressure in the clinic,it causes trauma to the patient and is more likely to cause infection and lead to corresponding complications.Non-invasive surgery has brought new opportunities for clinically effective monitoring of patientsʼblood pressure.
