分析冠状动脉CTA诊断心肌桥与DSA临床价值对比

Analysis of Clinical Value of Coronary Artery CTA in Diagnosis of Myocardial Bridge and DSA

目的:对比冠状动脉CT血管造影(CTA)与数字减影血管造影(DSA)诊断心肌桥的临床价值。方法:选择2016年1月~2018年12月在本院诊疗的100例疑似冠心病患者作为此次研究对象,并采取随机的方式将其均分为对照组及观察组,各50例。对照组采用DSA检查,观察组采用CTA检查,对两组心肌桥检出率进行对比。结果:观察组的心肌桥检出率为96%,对照组的心肌桥检出率为78%,观察组的心肌桥检出率高于对照组,两组差异明显,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:CTA能够对心肌桥以及比血管的形态学特征进行直接显示,具有较高的检出率,在实际诊断过程中可将其与患者临床症状相结合。

Objective:To compare the clinical value of coronary angiography(CTA)and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in the diagnosis of myocardial bridge.Methods:One hundred patients with suspected coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases each.The control group was examined by DSA,and the observation group was examined by CTA.The detection rates of myocardial bridges were compared between the two groups.Results:The detection rate of myocardial bridge in the observation group was 96%,and the detection rate of myocardial bridge in the control group was 78%.The detection rate of myocardial bridge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:CTA can directly display the myocardial bridge and the morphological features of the blood vessels,and has a high detection rate.It can be combined with the clinical symptoms of patients in the actual diagnosis process,which is worthy of promotion.
