甲状腺结节的超声波诊断分析

目的:观察在甲状腺结节诊断中应用超声波检测技术的影像学特征。方法:选取2017年6月~2018年6月在本院内科进行甲状腺结节治疗的60例患者作为调查对象,将患者的甲状腺结节超声波诊断结果进行回顾性分析,观察患者甲状腺结节的性质、类型、声像图特征、血流信号显示率,并对此进行统计分析。结果:60例甲状腺结节患者通过超声波诊断后发现,结节为良性的有48例,结节为恶性的有12例,其中甲状腺肿块30例、甲状腺腺瘤18例、甲状腺癌12例。甲状腺恶性结节在低回声结节、微小钙化、边缘毛刺、颈部淋巴结肿大等方面与良性结节相比更为显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲状腺恶性结节内Ⅱ-Ⅲ级血流信号显示率明显高于良性结节,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过超声波检测技术对甲状腺结节患者进行诊断效果极为显著,既能够将甲状腺结节的性质进行确定,还能够对甲状腺结节的声像图进行清晰的描述,从而针对不同类型的甲状腺疾病的治疗提供更有价值的依据。

Objective:To observe the imaging characteristics of ultrasonic detection technology in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Methods:Sixty patients who underwent thyroid nodule treatment in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the survey objects.The ultrasound diagnosis results of thyroid nodules were retrospectively analyzed to observe the nature of thyroid nodules,type,characteristics of sonogram,display rate of blood flow signal,and statistical analysis.Results:After ultrasound diagnosis of 60 patients with thyroid nodules,48 cases were benign and 12 cases were malignant,including 30 cases of thyroid masses,18 cases of thyroid adenoma,and 12 cases of thyroid cancer.Malignant thyroid nodules are more significant than benign nodules in terms of hypoechoic nodules,microcalcification,marginal burrs,and cervical lymphadenopathy,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The rate of grade III blood flow signals was significantly higher than that of benign nodules,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnosis effect of thyroid nodules is extremely significant through ultrasound detection technology.It can not only determine the nature of thyroid nodules,but also clearly describe the sonographic images of thyroid nodules,so as to target different types of thyroid diseases.Treatment provides a more valuable basis.
