Clinical Significance of Combined Detection of Blood Routine(Five-class Blood Cell Counter) and Anemia in Prevention of Pregnancy Complicated with Anemia

目的:分析血常规及贫血三项联合检测在预防妊娠合并贫血中的临床意义。方法:将2016年12月~2018年12月接受常规产前检查的200名孕妇随机编入实验组与对照组,分别给予贫血三项联合检查(对照组)及血常规(五分类血球计数仪)、贫血三项(化学发光仪)联合检测,分析实施后的妊娠合并贫血的发生率。结果:同对照组相比,实验组的敏感性、特异性和准确性较为理想(P<0.05)。干预措施实施后,实验组的妊娠合并贫血发生率低于对照组。结论:血常规及贫血三项联合检测在预防妊娠合并贫血中的临床作用较为显著,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the clinical significance of three joint detection of blood routine and anemia in the prevention of pregnancy and anemia.Methods:200 pregnant women from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,and the three joint tests of anemia(control group)and blood routine(five-class blood cell counter)and anemia three(chemiluminescence instrument)were given in combination.The incidence of post-pregnancy combined anemia was analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the experimental group were better(P<0.05).After the intervention measures have been implemented,the experiment The incidence of pregnancy combined with anemia in the group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:The combination of blood routine and anemia in the prevention of pregnancy combined with anemia clinical role is more significant,has a certain clinical application value.
