遥控电刺激厌恶疗法联合药物治疗强迫症的近期疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究观察强迫症患者施予遥控电刺激厌恶疗法联合药物治疗的近期疗效。方法:将本院诊治的68例强迫症患者纳为常规组和研究组作为研究对象,前组单纯施予患者马来酸氟伏沙明治疗,后组施予患者马来酸氟伏沙明+电刺激厌恶技术治疗。结果:研究组患者的治疗总有效率91.2%>常规组的73.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者Yale-Brown评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后1个月和3个月研究组显著好于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强迫症患者采用遥控电刺激厌恶疗法联合药物进行治疗,可显著缓解患者的强迫症状,近期疗效较好。 Objective:To explore the short-term effect of remotely controlled electrical stimulation aversion therapy combined with drug therapy in patients with obsessivecompulsive disorder.Methods:68 patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder diagnosed and treated in our hospital were enrolled in the routine group and the research group.The former group was treated with fluvoxamine maleate alone,and the latter group was given fluvoxamine maleate.+Electrical stimulation aversion to technical treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.2%>73.5%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the Yale-Brown score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The study group was significantly better than the conventional group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder are treated with remote-controlled electrical stimulation aversion therapy combined with drugs,which can significantly relieve the compulsive symptoms of patients,and the short-term effect is better.
