探讨胰岛素泵在糖尿病治疗中的应用效果

To Explore the Application Effect of Insulin Pump in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus

目的:观察分析胰岛素泵在糖尿病治疗中的临床应用效果。方法:以本院收治的糖尿病患者60例为研究对象,随机分为两组,分别采用常规治疗(对照组30例)和胰岛素(观察组30例)泵进行治疗,比较其临床效果及其相关指标。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的胰岛素使用量和血糖水平达标时间均明显少于对照组。结论:采用胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病能够有效控制血糖水平,减少胰岛素用量和治疗时间,具有非常显著的临床应用效果。

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of insulin pump in the treatment of diabetes.Methods:60 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.They were treated with conventional therapy(control group,30 cases)and insulin(observation group,30 cases)pump respectively,and their clinical effects and related indexes were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The amount of insulin used in the observation group and the time to reach the standard of blood glucose level were significantly less than those in the control group.Conclusion:Using insulin pump to treat diabetes can effectively control blood sugar level,reduce insulin dosage and treatment time,and has very significant clinical application effect.
