高压氧与牙周局部注射盐酸米诺环素软膏在慢性牙周炎中的疗效评价

Hyperbaric Oxygen and Periodontal Local Injection of Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment in Chronic Periodontitis

目的:评价高压氧与牙周局部注射盐酸米诺环素软膏在慢性牙周炎中的疗效。方法:选取本院治疗的慢性牙周炎疾病患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例,对照组采用盐酸米诺环素软膏牙周袋内注射,治疗组在对照组基础上采用单人医用高压纯氧舱治疗。两组均治疗30d。比较两组患者前后的菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数和牙周袋深度。随诊3个月和6个月,比较两组复发率。结果:治疗前,两组患者的菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数和牙周袋深度,组间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,具有可比性。治疗后,两组患者菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数明显下降,牙周袋深度变浅,治疗组各项指标改善更好,组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗组与对照组患者3个月复发率分别为2.86%(1/35)vs 5.71%(2/35),6个月复发率分别为11.43%(4/35)vs 25.71%(9/35),组间6个月复发率差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:使用高压纯氧舱与盐酸米诺环素软膏联合治疗慢性牙周炎,能有效改善患者牙周状况,降低复发率。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen and periodontal local injection of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in chronic periodontitis.Methods:Seventy patients with chronic periodontitis disease treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Injected,the treatment group was treated with a single medical high-pressure pure oxygen chamber based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 30 days.The plaque index,gum bleeding index,and periodontal pocket depth were compared between the two groups of patients.Follow-up 3 months and 6 months,the recurrence rates of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,the plaque index,gingival bleeding index,and periodontal pocket depth of the two groups of patients had no statistically significant difference,P>0.05,which was comparable.After treatment,the plaque index and gum bleeding index of the two groups of patients decreased significantly,and the depth of the periodontal pockets became shallower.The indicators of the treatment group improved better,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant,P<0.05.The 3-month recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group was 2.86%(1/35)vs 5.71%(2/35),and the 6-month recurrence rate was 11.43%(4/35)vs 25.71%(9/35).The difference in recurrence rate between groups at 6 months was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination of high-pressure pure oxygen cabin and minocycline hydrochloride ointment for chronic periodontitis can effectively improve the periodontal condition of patients and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
