腹腔镜下新生儿腹部囊肿的手术治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery on Neonatal Abdominal Cysts

目的:分析研究腹腔镜下治疗新生儿腹部囊肿的应用价值。方法:选取本院2016年11月~2019年2月治疗的30例腹部囊肿患儿作为本次研究对象,根据随机原则等分为参考组和研究组,参考组患儿采用传统开腹手术治疗方式,研究组患儿采用腹腔镜手术治疗方式,对比分析两种治疗方式在新生儿腹部囊肿治疗中的应用效果。结果:两组患儿手术时间、住院时间、恢复进食时间、术中出血量等临床指标的对比结果显示,研究组[(47.51±5.07)min、(5.41±0.67)d、(3.32±0.51)d、(24.15±6.86)mL]均明显低于参考组[(60.54±9.88)min、(7.35±1.38)d、(4.54±0.56)d、(36.33±10.05)mL](P<0.05)。在并发症发生率方面,研究组(6.67%)低于参考组(26.67%)(P<0.05),差异具统计学意义。结论:在新生儿腹部囊肿救治期间,采用腹腔镜手术治疗方式可以有效提升治疗效果、降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze and study the value of laparoscopic treatment of abdominal cysts in newborns.Methods:30 children with abdominal cysts treated in our hospital from November 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into reference group and study group according to the principle of randomization.Children in the reference group were treated with traditional open surgery.Method,the children in the study group were treated with laparoscopic surgery,and the effects of the two treatment methods in the treatment of neonatal abdominal cysts were compared and analyzed.Results:Comparison of clinical indicators such as surgical time,length of hospital stay,time to resume eating,and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups showed that the study group[(47.51±5.07)min,(5.41±0.67)d,(3.32±0.51)d,(24.15±6.86)mL]were significantly lower than the reference group[(60.54±9.88)min,(7.35±1.38)d,(4.54±0.56)d,(36.33±10.05)mL](P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of complications,the study group(6.67%)was lower than the reference group(26.67%)(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:During the treatment of abdominal cysts in neonates,laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of complications.This method has significance in clinical treatment.
