植入式静脉输液港在肿瘤化疗患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Implantable Intravenous Infusion Port in Patients with Tumor Chemotherapy

目的:临床研究植入式静脉输液港在肿瘤化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:本次研究选取2017年1月~2018年2月在本院接受化疗患者101例作为研究对象进行回顾性分析。患者被归类为植入式静脉输液港组(实验组):51例患者采用植入式静脉输液港方案进行输液;PICC输液组(对照组):50例患者采取PICC输液方案进行输液。分析组间相关指标变化意义。结果:(1)经过对比两组患者的并发症情况发现,植入式静脉输液港组明显少于PICC输液组,P<0.05。(2)经过对比两组患者的置管维护时间发现,植入式静脉输液港组明显少于PICC输液组,P<0.05。结论:植入式静脉输液口用于肿瘤化疗患者,可随时建立静脉通路,可减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To clinically study the effect of implantable intravenous infusion port in patients with tumor chemotherapy.Methods:In this study,101 patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects for retrospective analysis.The patients were classified as implanted intravenous infusion port group(experimental group):51 patients were implanted with the implanted intravenous infusion port scheme;PICC infusion group(control group):50 patients were treated with PICC infusion scheme.Analyze the significance of changes in related indicators between groups.Results:(1)After comparing the complications of the two groups of patients,it was found that the implantable intravenous infusion port group was significantly less than the PICC infusion group P<0.05.(2)After comparing the intubation maintenance time of the two groups of patients,it was found that the implanted intravenous infusion port group was significantly less than the PICC infusion group P<0.05.Conclusions:Implantable intravenous infusion ports are used in patients with chemotherapy for tumors,and venous access can be established at any time,which can reduce complications.
