腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术与开腹手术治疗结直肠癌临床对比研究

Comparative Study of Laparoscopic Radical Resection and Open Surgery for Colorectal Cancer

目的:对比腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术与开腹手术治疗结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年1月本院收治的结直肠癌行手术患者80例作为本次研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者采用常规开腹手术,观察组患者采用腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术,对比两组患者的手术切口长度、手术失血量及住院天数。结果:观察组患者的手术切口长度及住院天数明显短于对照组患者,手术失血量明显少于对照组患者,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术可达到与传统开腹手术同样的根治效果,且手术失血更少、手术切口更小、住院天数更少、安全可靠。

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic radical resection and open surgery for colorectal cancer.Methods:Eighty patients with colorectal cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer,and the length of surgical incision,blood loss during operation,and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The length of the surgical incision and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the blood loss during surgery was significantly less than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer can achieve the same curative effect as traditional open surgery,with less blood loss,smaller surgical incisions,fewer hospital stays,safe and reliable,and it is worth further promotion and application.
