磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)、内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)、计算机断层扫描（CT）及超声检查(UC)在胆石症术前诊断及应用价值对比分析

Preoperative Diagnosis and Application Value of Magnetic Resonance Cholangiopancreatography(MRCP), Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography(ERCP), Computed Tomography(CT) and Ultrasonography(UC) in Cholelithiasis

目的:探讨磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)、内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)、计算机断层扫描(CT)及超声检查(UC)在胆石症术前诊断中的应用价值。方法:搜集本院自2016年5月~2018年12月,普外科及急诊科收治的胆石症患者100例(上述100例胆石症患者均最后经过手术后被证实无异议的,并对造影剂不过敏)。对上述患者分别进行磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)、内镜逆行胰胆管造影ERCP、CT及超声检查,然后对这四种检查方式所得出的结果进行仔细比对分析,得出最终结论。结果:磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)、内镜逆行胰胆管造影ERCP、CT及超声检查这四种检查方法在胆囊结石术前诊断中各有优点。结论:这四种检查方法各有优势,形成优势互补。超声对患者要求比较低,对小结石检出率低。CT对含胆色素结石检出率较低。MRCP、ERCP对小结石及阴性结石检出率高,尤其对继发病变有明显优势。

Objective:To investigate the value of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP),endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP),computed tomography(CT)and ultrasonography(UC)in preoperative diagnosis of cholelithiasis.Methods:100 patients with cholelithiasis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled in the Department of General Surgery and Emergency Department.The above 100 patients with cholelithiasis were confirmed to have no objection after surgery and had contrast agents.Not allergic).Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP),endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP),CT and ultrasonography were performed on the above patients.The results of these four examination methods were then carefully compared and the final conclusions were drawn.Results:Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP),endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP),CT and ultrasonography were all advantages in preoperative diagnosis of gallstones.Conclusion:These four methods have their own advantages and complement each other.Ultrasound requires relatively low patient and low detection rate for small stones.CT has a lower detection rate for bile pigment stones.MRCP and ERCP have high detection rates for small stones and negative stones,especially for secondary lesions.
