医用超声波清洗机在提高腔镜器械清洗合格率中的应用效果观察 被引量:6

Observation on the Application Effect of Medical Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine in Improving the Qualified Rate of Cleaning Cavity Mirror Instruments

摘要 目的:观察医用超声波清洗机在提高腔镜器械清洗合格率中的应用效果。方法:本文收治对象为腔镜器械,总例数为200件,收取时间在2019年1月10日~2019年3月1日,总例数采取抽签分组方式分为两组,观察组100件(在对照组基础上使用医用超声波清洗机)、对照组100件(使用手工清洗法),将两组的清洗合格率、OB实验合理率进行对比。结果:观察组清洗合格率93.00%显著高于对照组,两者之间具有显著差异(χ2=6.3660,P<0.05);观察组OB实验合理率91.00%显著高于对照组,两者之间具有显著差异(χ2=5.6471,P<0.05)。结论:医用超声波清洗机与传统手工清洗方式相比,在多个方面具有优势,能显著提高清洗合格率,具有用时短等优势,每个循环能对管腔类器械进行清洗,加酶量较少,清洗完毕后能直接进行灭菌、包装等操作,能显著提高腔镜器械周转使用率,能减少贵重器械的备用量和损耗情况,具有节能、快速等优势。 Objective:To observe the application effect of medical ultrasonic cleaning machine in improving the qualified rate of cleaning of endoscopic instruments.Methods:In this paper,200 cases of endoscopic instruments were collected from January 10,2019 to March 1,2019.The total cases were divided into two groups by drawing lots.100 cases in the observation group(using medical ultrasonic cleaning machine on the basis of the control group)and 100 cases in the control group(using manual cleaning method)were compared with the qualified rate of cleaning and the reasonable rate of OB experiment.Results:The qualified rate of cleaning in the observation group was 93.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2=6.3660,P<0.05);the reasonable rate of OB experiment in the observation group was 91.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2=5.6471,P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional manual cleaning method,medical ultrasonic cleaning machine has advantages in many aspects,can significantly improve the qualified rate of cleaning,and has the advantages of short time.Each cycle can clean the lumen equipment,with less enzyme added,and can directly sterilize,package and other operations after cleaning,which can significantly improve the turnover rate of endoscopic equipment and reduce the valuable equipment It has the advantages of energy saving and high speed.
