妊娠期糖尿病护理干预对孕妇及围生儿结局的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Gestational Diabetes Nursing Intervention on the Outcome of Pregnant Women and Perinatal Children

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病护理干预对孕妇及围生儿结局的影响。方法选择2017年3月至2018年3月入院的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,总计160例,随机分成对照组与实验组,对照组采用常规的护理模式,实验组采用综合护理干预,比较两组的护理满意度。结果对比之后,孕妇并发症发生概率实验组低于对照组,P=0.009<0.05,差异有显著意义。结论对于妊娠期糖尿病孕妇来说,综合护理干预可以帮助孕妇有效控制血糖水平,减少并发症,在临床应用上有重大意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of gestational diabetes nursing intervention on the outcome of pregnant women and perinatal children. Methods 160 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group adopted the conventional nursing model, and the experimental group used comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The probability of complications in pregnant women was lower than that in the control group, P =0.009<0.05, the difference is significant. Conclusion For pregnant women with gestational diabetes, comprehensive nursing intervention can help pregnant women to effectively control blood sugar level and reduce complications. It is of great significance in clinical application.
