运动疗法对电子制造业女工职业性肌肉骨骼疾患康复效果的影响 被引量:4

Rehabilitative effects of exercise therapy on occupational musculoskeletal disorders in female workers in electronic manufacturing industry

摘要 目的探讨运动疗法对电子制造业女工职业性肌肉骨骼疾患(WMSD)康复效果的影响。方法选取78例WMSD电子制造业女工按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组予以常规健康教育和休息指导,观察组在对照组基础上开展运动疗法干预。比较两组干预前后主要肌肉组织的表面肌电(sEMG)信号参数及疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果干预8周后,观察组的颈部竖脊肌(CES)、斜方肌上部(UT)和斜方肌中部(MT)左右侧VAS评分[CES左侧(2.68±1.02),右侧(2.62±0.94);UT左侧(2.77±1.01),右侧(2.69±0.95);MT左侧(2.63±1.09),右侧(2.83±1.29)分]均明显降低;表面肌电最大随意收缩(MVC)[CES左侧(63.34±13.85),右侧(84.12±14.25);UT左侧(455.19±60.74),右侧(459.23±70.34);MT左侧(165.72±40.21),右侧(167.02±42.13)]、积分肌电(RMS)[CES左侧(23.14±5.17),右侧(18.72±4.43);UT左侧(14.23±3.38),右侧(15.21±3.01);MT左侧(10.14±2.56),右侧(10.21±2.56)]、平均频率(MF)[CES左侧(3.01±0.94),右侧(2.34±0.61);UT左侧(1.45±0.52),右侧(1.21±0.31);MT左侧(1.13±0.25),右侧(1.24±0.26)]均明显升高;组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度为97.44%,明显高于对照组(82.05%)(P<0.05)。结论运动疗法有助于缓解WMSD电子制造业女工的疼痛和疲劳程度,促进肌力的恢复,患者满意度较高,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the rehabilitative effect of exercise therapy on female workers with occupational musculoskeletal disorders(WMSD)in the electronic manufacturing industry.Methods 78 female workers with WMSD in electronic manufacturing industry were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education and rest guidance,and the observation group was given exercise therapy intervention on the basis of the control group.Surface electromyography(sEMG)of major muscle tissues and pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,VAS scores on the left and right sides of cervical erector spinal muscle(CES),upper trapezius muscle(UT)and middle trapezius muscle(MT)of the observation group were significantly reduced(CES left(2.68±1.02),right(2.62±0.94);UT left(2.77±1.01),right(2.69±0.95);MT left(2.63±1.09),right(2.83±1.29.Surface myoelectric maximum voluntary contraction(MVC)[CES left(63.34±13.85),right(84.12±14.25);UT left(455.19±60.74),right459.23±70.34);MT left(165.72±40.21),right(167.02±42.13)],integral myoelectric(RMS)[CES left(23.14±5.17),right(18.72±4.43);UT left(14.23±3.38);Right(15.21±3.01),left(10.14±2.56),right(10.21±2.56),and mean frequency(MF)[CES left(3.01±0.94),right(2.34±0.61),left(1.45±0.52),right(1.21±0.31),left(1.13±0.25),right(1.24±0.26)]were significantly increased.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 97.44%,significantly higher than that of the control group(82.05%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Exercise therapy is helpful to relieve the pain and fatigue degree of female workers with WMSD in electronics manufacturing industry,promote the recovery of muscle strength,and have high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of application into practice.
