耐药肺结核服药依从性影响因素分析及护理对策探讨

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Drug-resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis Compliance and Related Nursing Countermeasures

目的分析影响耐药肺结核患者服药依从性的因素,并提出相应的护理对策。方法选择沈阳市铁西区结核病防治所2014-2018年收治的耐药肺结核患者247例,分为对照组(服药依从性佳,Morisky评分≥6分)186例和研究组(服药依从性差,Morisky评分<6分)61例,对影响服药依从性的因素进行分析。结果多因素回归分析显示,户籍性质、人口流动性、文化程度、服药督导方式、健康教育程度和药物不良反应是影响耐药肺结核患者服药依从性的因素。结论应针对影响耐药肺结核患者服药依从性因素中的可控因素采取针对性护理干预,以期提高服药依从性,改善治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the factors that affect the compliance of drug-resistant tuberculosis patients,and put forward the corresp on ding nursing coun termeasures.Methods A total of 247 patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis admitted to the Shenyang Tiexi District Tuberculosis Control Institute from 2014 to 2018 were selected and divided into 186 cases in the control group(good compliance,Morisky score≥6 points)and 61 cases in the study group(poor compliance,Morisky score<6 points).The factors influencing compliance were analyzed.Results Multivariate regression analysis showed that household registration,population mobility,education,medication supervision,health education and adverse drug reactions were the factors influencing drug-resistant TB patients'complianee.Conclusion In order to improve the compliance and therapeutic effect of drug-resistant tuberculosis patients,targeted nursing intervention should be taken according to the controllable factors of drugresistant tuberculosis patients.
