左西孟旦对老年缺血性心肌病患者心功能的影响

Efficacy of Levosimendan on Cardiac Function in Elderly Patients with Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

目的探讨左西孟旦对老年缺血性心肌病患者心功能的作用效果。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月沈阳航天医院收治的76例老年缺血性心肌病患者,依据治疗方案的不同分为对照组和观察组各38例。两组均给予常规药物治疗,观察组同时加用左西孟旦。比较两组治疗效果以及治疗前后血浆脑钠肽水平和心功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.4%,高于对照组的81.6%,差异具有统计学意义(才值为5.029,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血浆脑钠肽水平和心功能各项指标均优于治疗前,且治疗后观察组上述各项指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年缺血性心肌病患者在常规药物治疗基础上加用左西孟旦,可有效改善患者心功能,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of levosimendan on the cardiac function in the elderly patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods A total of 76 elderly patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy admitted to Shenyang Aerospace Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into control group and observation group with 38 cases in each group according to different treatment regimen.Both groups were given conventional drug treatment,and the observation group was added with levosimendan at the same time.The therapeutic effect,plasma BNP level and cardiac function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.4%,significantly higher than 81.6% of the control group(X value was 5.029,P<0.05).After treatment,the level of BNP and the indexes of cardiac function in the two groups were significantly improved than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Use of levosimendan on the basis of conventional drug treatment could effectively improve their heart Rmction in the elderly patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy,which is worth popularizing.
