甲状腺浸润性微小癌包膜内型与非包膜内型的超声声像图特征比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Ultrasonic Features Between Intrathecal and Non-intrathecal of Thyroid Invasive Microcarcinoina

目的比较分析甲状腺浸润性微小癌包膜内型与非包膜内型的超声声像图特征。方法选择2017-2018年在北票市中心医院就诊的甲状腺浸润性微小癌患者146例,依据组织学分类分为A组(非包膜内型)79例和B组(包膜内型)67例,比较两组的超声声像图特征,如形态、边界、内部回声、钙化、纵横比和血流分级等。结果两组肿瘤形态、边界、内部回声、钙化、纵横比和血流分级比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与甲状腺浸润性微小癌包膜内型相比,非包膜内型的肿瘤形态不规则、边界不清晰、内部回声低、钙化多、纵横比接近、血流分级更高。

Objective To compare the ultrasonic features of encapsulated thyroid invasive microcarcinomas and no n-encapsulated thyroid in vasive microcarci no ma.Methods A total of 146 patients with thyroid invasive microcarcinoma admitted to Beipiao Central Hospital from 2017 to 2018 were selected,including 79 cases of group A(non-encapsulated type)and 67 cases of group B(encapsulated type).The ultrasonic features,such as shape,boundary,internal echo,calcification,aspect ratio and blood flow grading,were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in tumor shape,boundary,internal echo,calcification,aspect ratio and blood flow grading between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with encapsulated thyroid invasive microcarcinoma,non-encapsulated type has irregular shape,unclear boundary,low internal echo,more calcification,close aspect ratio and higher blood flow grading.
