偏瘫康复汤在急性脑梗死偏瘫患者康复治疗中的应用效果分析

Effect Analysis of Hemiplegic Rehabilitation Decoction on Hemiplegia Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的分析偏瘫廉复汤在急性脑梗死偏瘫患者康复治疗中的效果。方法将2016年7月-2018年2月沈阳市第二中医医院收治的100例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。两组基础疗法相同,观察组加用偏瘫康复汤。比较两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)和口常生活活动能力量表(BI)评分情况。结果治疗后两组NIHSS和BI评分均较治疗前改善,且观察组两项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死偏瘫患者采用偏瘫康复汤治疗,能够改善其生活质量和神经功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of hemiplegia rehabilitation decoction on hemiplegia patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Shenyang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The two groups received the same basic therapy,while the observation group added hemiplegia rehabilitation decoction on the basis of routine therapy.The scores of NIHSS and BI before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,NIHSS and Bl scores of the two groups were improved,and the two scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hemiplegic rehabilitation decoction can improve the quality of life and neurological function of hemiplegic patients with acute cerebral infarction.
