后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Surgery for Adrenal Tumors

目的比较经后腹腔镜与经腹腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的效果。方法选取2014年7月2018年7月丹东市中心医院泌尿外科收治的94例肾上腺肿瘤患者,依治疗术式的不同分为观察组(后腹腔镜手术治疗)和对照组(经腹腹腔镜手术治疗)各47例。对比两组的手术及术后相关指标。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、术后开始下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率和镇痛药物使用频次均低于对照组,但两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经后腹腔镜治疗肾上腺肿瘤,具有创伤小、安全、患者术后恢复快等优势,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery and transabdominal laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of adrenal tumors.Methods A total of 94 patients with adrenal tumor admitted to urology department of Dandong Central Hospital from July 2014 to July 2018 were divided into observation group(retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery)and control group(transabdominal laparoscopic surgery)according to different treatment methods,47 cases in each group.The operation and postoperative related indexes between the two groups were compared.Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,the operation time,the time of ambulation and the time of hospitalization were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The in cidencc of postoperative complications and the frequency of an algesic use in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic treatment of adrenal tumors has the advantages of small trauma,safety and quick postoperative recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
