摘要
哺乳动物线粒体DNA(mtDNA)转录机制可分为转录起始、转录延长和转录终止3个阶段,了解哺乳动物mtDNA的转录过程,是研究转录调控的重要基础。简要介绍线粒体的基因结构、参与转录过程的蛋白质和转录因子在mtDNA转录的起始、延伸和终止过程中的作用,对mtDNA转录调控这一医学研究热点问题进行分析与展望。
Mammalian mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)transcriptional machinery can be divided into three stages:transcription initiation,transcription elongation and transcription termination.Understanding mammalian mtDNA transcriptional processes is an important basis for studying transcriptional regulation.This paper describes the gene structure of mitochondria,the role of proteins and transcription factors involved in the transcription process in the initiation,extension and termination of mtDNA transcription,as well as the analysis and prospects of transcriptional regulation,a hotspot in life science research.
