摘要
采用熔融共混过程制备了尼龙610/有机蛭石复合材料,研究了复合材料的电学性能,探讨了蛭石对尼龙610的介电常数、介电损耗和电阻率的影响。结果表明,加入蛭石后尼龙610的介电常数和介电损耗明显降低,蛭石的加入降低了水分对尼龙610介电性能的影响,显著提高了尼龙610的介电稳定性。加入蛭石及含量的改变对尼龙610的电阻率基本没有影响,仍保持尼龙610原样的高电阻绝缘性能。
PA610/organo-vermiculite composites were prepared through wet melt compounding of organo-vermiculite with PA610 in a twin-screw extruder followed by injection molding.The electrical properties of the composites were tested.The results show that both dielectric constant and dielectric loss of PA610/organo-vermiculite composites significantly lower,while electrical resistivity unchanges essentially,with the increase of organo-vermiculite content.The organo-vermiculite reduces the influence of moisture content on dielectric constant,dielectric loss of PA610,so the dielectric stability of PA610 is improved dramatically with the addition of organo-vermiculite.
